Wholesale Terms

  • First Order Minimum: $500 USD
  • Reorder Minimum: $300 USD
  • Wholesale Pricing: 50% off retail price
  • Product Selection: No restrictions — scarves and handkerchiefs can be mixed freely to meet the minimum order amount
  • Payment Terms: Secure B2B invoicing supporting U.S. Bank Transfers (ACH via Payoneer) and PayPal
  • Flexible Curation: If you are a specialized boutique or gallery shop deeply aligned with A YU's philosophy, we are always open to flexible tailored partnerships.
  • Lead Time: Orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks of confirmed payment.

Shipping & Insurance Policy

  • Complimentary Shipping & Insurance: International shipping and comprehensive cargo insurance for your first wholesale order ($500 and above) are fully covered by A YU at no cost to you.

Customs & Duties

  • Incoterm: All shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place).
  • Responsibility: While A YU covers shipping and insurance costs, any local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees incurred upon arrival in the United States are the responsibility of the receiving boutique (buyer).
